Shipping.....
We ship by standard Australia Post for orders under $100.  For orders over $100, the shipping method may vary depending on the size, dollar value, and postal services available in your area.

While we endeavour to ensure your order will arrive safely, we can not take responsibility for items damaged after we post them.  All items sold by us are in new and undamaged condition unless we have indicated that they are damaged or used at the time of placing your order.

Refunds.....
When an order is received,  it must be opened and inspected immediately by the person placing the order and you must notify us of any discrepancy within two weeks from delivery.  Please do not allow children to open your parcel.

If there is a need to return a product due to our error or there is a printing or manufacturing defect, we will make every effort to correct the problem as soon as possible.  We will give you a full refund (including the cost of shipping goods back to us) as long as due care is taken to ensure that goods shipped back to us are adequately packed to prevent damage during shipping.

If within 30 days from purchase/delivery you find that an item is not suitable to your needs for any reason, we will give you a full refund, excluding our cost of shipping that item to you, and you must pay for the postage from you to us.

Due care must be taken to ensure that goods shipped back to us are adequately packed to prevent damage and they are in their original condition.  There is always a risk that goods can be damaged during shipping so we can not give a full refund if that occurs.

If AFTER 30 days from purchase/delivery you find that an item is not suitable to your needs for any reason, and it is still in NEW CONDITION (no scuffing, dents, bent corners, dust/dirt), you may return the item AS LONG AS IT IS THE CURRENT EDITION AND WE STILL STOCK IT ON OUR WEBSITE (you will need to contact us to confirm the current edition).  We will give you a full refund, excluding our cost of shipping that item to you, and you must pay for the postage from you to us.  Due care must be taken to ensure that goods shipped back to us are adequately packed to prevent damage and they are in their original condition.  There is always a risk that goods can be damaged during shipping so we can not give a full refund if that occurs.

If you need to return an item for any of the above reasons, you must phone and request a return authorisation prior to posting your items, or your return may not be accepted and you will need to pay for postage to have items returned to you or forfeit your ownership of the items.

Items sold on Clearance, or Scratch & Dent, or Old Editions of a current Series, or are out of print are not returnable.

CD, CD-ROM and DVD's are not returnable if the plastic wrapping is removed. 
This may seem a strict policy but it is the standard in the industry as we have no way of determining what has happened to an electronic item after the wrapper is removed (i.e., when a scratch may have occurred or if someone has burned a copy or used it in a manner outside of the publisher's copyright entitlement).  We do not intend to impune the integrity of our customer's by this policy, we are only upholding the rights' of the Publisher's and their copyright protection.  One exception to this policy is that occassionaly the plastic covers may get damaged during shipping to us so we may open the package and replace the covers with our guarantee that you are still receiving an unused product in full working order.
